not sure if mossyness is a word, but it describes my backyard perfectly...

Hey! the items are really amazing, looks so old and beautiful. Is it natural or artificial? What type of material is that? (is is stone?)
thank you for these beautiful pictures.

all of the pictures are taken in my backyard- all the statuary is cement, and the moss is naturally formed from our lovely, damp and cool weather.

I love moss....but, I am finding out it can be destructive, too...keep it off your roof. I remember last March I posted about moss...we went for a mossy walk...I guess it grows more during this time of yr...I wonder if you can transplant it to an area that you want it to grow!

thankfully, no moss on the roof...just where I like it- in the garden!

We were just talking the other day about all the moss this year. I love it!! Once a friend visited us at our last home and, trying to help out, decided to weed all that "ugly moss" out of the garden. I had been thrilled that is was growing as it looked so beautiful. :>)

I love Moss but in the Desert it is scarce... too hot and dry here for it to thrive. I once bought a Terra Cotta pot that had faux Moss on it, but the Sun was too harsh and washed it out. *LOL* So I love seeing all your mossy fabulousness!
