so I swore to myself that I will not buy another piece of linen as long as I live...
so...that very next Saturday, at a garage sale, I found a smooshed up bag of hand towels with the coolest crochet trim (at least, she told me it was hand towels)...it was sealed up tight as a drum.
so being the linen hog that I am, I bought it (completely and purposely forgetting my promise to NEVER buy linens again.)
well, 2 weeks went by, and I finally got around to the now piling up laundry. And next to the washer, on the floor, was this bag of hand towels.
so i opened it...
and lo and behold they weren't hand towels...
so...true to my "promise"...
I have washed them, and they are all at STARS antique mall now. Most of them were never used. ever.
wow...
so...if you need any pillowcases...

Now that you mention it, I am in DIRE need of some pillowcases with a little bluebird on them, and preferably with a really cute crochet trim (hint, hint).
