I had a blast at plucky... And on Sunday so many friends stopped by to wish me happy birthday....


Plus dinner with my son and his girlfriend...(and he came at the end of the show to help us pack up...how lucky am I!)....


It was a super fun show- and SO BUSY!!!!

Obviously this table has good bones...
great legs
metal wheels...
but that linoleum top?
ugh...





it has that lovely speckled look to it...


until I stripped it off...


once the table top has been sanded and loved and waxed...
it will most likely end up at the Plucky Maidens show...

antique ephemera for Plucky Maidens show March 23-24

I am really going to focus on spring and garden for the show...


but I thought perhaps some of my studio fodder would be fun to have at the show, too, for all you artists out there...



so I will be purging the studio for antique ephemera and bits and bobbles for the show...















so this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what I will have...these are pages from a scrapbook from the early 1900's...
