If you like this type of food, this is the EASIEST crockpot recipe EVER!!!
Chicken breasts - halved or strips, frozen or thawed
Jar of your favorite salsa
Put chicken in the crock pot. Pour salsa in to cover.
Cook all day.
Serve with rice or roll up in tortillas with other toppings of your choice - cheese, beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc...
Easy, Peasy and tasty!!!
Freezes well too!
Keep in mind, I love to cook, so this is a so-simple break from the mainstream...
Glad to hear that mine is NOT the only busy LIFE. Days, no MONTHS, just seem to keep flying by.
No apologizes necessary....I completely understand.
Congrats on your crockpot. I use mine all the time. Chocolate fondue, soups, even (don't laugh) for Spaghettios/Mini-Ravioli for boys' potlucks. The other moms scoff, but it's always the first crockpot to empty!!! Go figure!
I hope you will share some of your recipes for crock pot cooking.
Love your Cinderella and of course she needs to be petted and given a TREAT!!
Deb :)
Another very easy one, but my family loves it (didn't sound good to me at first, but it is SO good)
Boneless Pork Loin, sliced like Pork Chops (you can use bone in, but I like it better without)
A family sized can of Mushroom Soup
Cook all day.
Serve on top of white rice
(sometimes I serve with baked potatoes)
Slowing down can be difficult to do in this day and age. However, it is sooooo worth the effort. I just try to remember that no one is promised a tomorrow. Cinderella is a doll!

What a sweetie Cinderella is ♥
I sent you a crockpot recipe. Let me know if you didn't get it. It is a delicious one!
